The breakfast buffet offered a remarkable variety catering to all tastes which made for a delightful start to the day The lounge areas provided a perfect retreat for relaxation with an elegant setting and excellent service.

The room layout felt a bit cramped for two people but the beautiful garden view made up for it.

It was a suitable option for a trip in New Milton with good value for price. The hot-tub in our suite was perfect for some private relaxation. Book a suite if you can for a nice experience.

Absolutely loved the hydrotherapy pool and croquet lawn. Spa treatments were fabulous, especially the massage. Great beach walk nearby, too!

We really enjoyed the tennis membership during our stay, which was perfect for our large family to bond over some friendly matches. The kids loved playing tennis, and we even got to relax in the beautiful private garden hot tub after a long day. that, the staff made our stay extra special with thoughtful room upgrades and fantastic service throughout our time here.

In my wife's opinion, the limited pool hours for our kids could be improved for better family access during the day.

Had an amazing time with friends! We enjoyed the tennis courts and even tried our hand at clay pigeon shooting. The staff were super friendly and really attentive, making our stay all the more enjoyable. Facilities are top-notch, and the dining was exceptional too. The kids enjoyed their time in the kids club, which showed the place caters to everyone. We'll definitely be back!

While everything was mostly great, one evening our dinner service was a bit slow. It didn’t ruin our experience, but a more timely service would’ve been perfect.

This place suits me perfectly, offering great amenities like free parking, a spa, and a delicious restaurant. The staff helped me find my lost ID card on my first stay, which was nice. Highly recommend the Tasting Menu!
